1. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to get your pet’s new favorites to you as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping times vary depending on your location and the specific item ordered.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

  • Standard UK Delivery: Estimated [3–7] business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: Estimated [7–14] business days depending on the destination.

Note: During peak seasons (like Christmas or Black Friday), delivery times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard UK Shipping:  FREE on orders over £50.

  • International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with a tracking link. You can track your parcel via our [Link to Tracking Page] or directly via the carrier's website (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, or Hermes).

4. Multiple Shipments

To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. This is because we source from various specialty suppliers. You will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Crucial for UK Dropshippers)

BeyondHugs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at info@beyondhugs.com within 48 hours of delivery. If your package is lost in transit (no tracking update for 15+ days), we will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.
